“Babies are our specialty”
Until recently the only Dentinox product I had tried with my little ones had been the teething gel. We have recently learnt however that there are loads more Dentinox products on the market.
Dentinox now produce a range of products for babies which can help us parents get through the tough days. Sometimes it can be hard to figure out what is best to do with issues such as teething and colic and even cradlecap.
The Dentinox range can help. Here is what they currently offer:
NEW Dentinox Medicine Dispenser: £6.99
Designed by a doctor, the new Dentinox Medicine Dispenser is the simple, soothing way to give a pre measured dose of medicine. A baby can passively suck to draw the medicine through the orthodontic silicone teat. It also has a unique plunger to ensure the accurate delivery of a pre-measured dose of medicine. It can be used from the age of 3 months.
Dentinox Infant Colic Drops: £2.96
Containing Dill, Dentinox Infant Colic Drops are suitable from birth and come with a handy syringe for easy application. The drops can also be added to your baby’s bottle to help relieve their discomfort, providing effective relief for those trying, colic episodes. (Contains Activated Dimeticone). Always read the label
Dentinox Teething Gel £2.39
Suitable from birth, this soothing gel, which can be applied every 20 minutes if necessary, gets to work swiftly, providing effective pain relief. It’s sugar free and contains an antiseptic. (Contains Lidocaine hydrochloride and Cetylpridinium chloride). Always read the label.
This is useful to have in for when those pesky teeth start to make an appearance. Our 11 week old is already starting to show signs of teething.
Dentinox Cradle Cap Treatment Shampoo £2.59
Dentinox Cradle Cap Treatment Shampoo is highly effective yet gentle enough to use regularly once the cradle cap has cleared up. Suitable from birth, Dentinox Cradle Cap Treatment Shampoo is mild enough to use as an everyday shampoo. (Contains Sodium lauryl ether sulpho-succinate and Sodium lauryl ether sulphate). Always read the label.
Cradle cap is one of those annoying things that some babies have. It doesn’t look very nice but it doesn’t do them any harm. It can take ages to clear up on its own so the addition of this to the range is very welcome. The shampoo needs to be worked in quite firmly to the scalp and rinsed and them re-applied. However, this starts to works after the first use and immediately softens and loosens the cradle cap. Often raffle cap doesn’t begin until about 8 weeks so even if you baby isn’t born with fry skin this still could develop.
Dentinox Eye Wipes RRP £3.49
Containing a sterile saline solution, Dentinox Eye Wipes are designed to gently cleanse a baby’s eyelids and lashes, safely removing sticky residue and refreshing a little one’s eyes. Suitable from birth and ideal for when out and about, Dentinox Eye Wipes are just the innovation that parents have been crying out for. Dentinox Eye Wipes are not a medicine.
A sticky eye or two is very common among newborns, all of my four children had this at some point during the first few weeks or life. These wipes can help remove the gunge and keep eyes clean and healthy. They come in handy little sachets which are perfect for your hospital bag, change bag or overnight bag if you are heading away somewhere.
