Getting through the winter with the help of Snufflebabe
The winter months with little ones can feel like an endless stream of snotty tissues, thermometers and calpol. We currently have this situation in our house, including a little nose which looks like someone turned on the snot tap and left it running!
Coughs and colds are inevitable and a familiar experience for parents, especially if you have more than one child and they share the ‘love’ around.
When the cold season strikes our house the Snufflebabe comes out. When our little ones have a cough we rub snufflebabe on their feet and find that this helps them to settle at nighttime and not cough quite so much. We also rub it on their chest and backs.
I have used Snufflebabe since first discovering it 8 years ago after having my first child. I was therefore really interested to discover that there are now lots of new Snufflebabe products available.

You can also put a little of the rub on a handkerchief (out of reach from your little one) to help soothe a stuffy nose. Always read the label.

These are all the sorts of products that when you are updated your first aid kit or baby health care box you could do with investing in. They are all the sorts of things that can help get through the days and especially the nights with little people when they are full of cold.
The nasal aspirator works especially well on tiny babies and although it can feel a bit brutal actually using it, it works really well and can prevent the mucus reaching your babies chest.
The nasal drops work as a great item to have all year round and are super for any children with allergies or sore dry, blocked noses in winter.
The vapor rub quite frankly is one of those items that as a mum I just can’t live without. To me this is an essential baby item and we get through lots of this stuff!
