As parents, all we really want are happy, healthy children. I know that personally I have spent a lot of time in internal knots as I tried to navigate my way through particular health issues with my children over the years.

This has lead me to develop a keen interest in brands aimed at keeping children’s health in tip top shape, alongside an ever increasing thirst for knowledge around the links between diet and both physical and mental health and the link between mental and physical health in children and how these are so closely intertwined.

Junior Vitamin D Daily Oral Spray 3-12 Years

Whilst this supplement is for children over 3, there is another product available for children under 3 years of age. Children from age 3 to their school years go through a tremendous amount of change developmentally and cognitively. It baffles me when I think about it. I regularly get reminders from google photos of things I videoed or took photos of several years ago and it’s mesmerising to see the changes in the children.

Their voices, the way they move, the words they use, their height and so on. Then I look at them now and can’t quite process they are the same person and how many changes have taken place.

Vitamin D is associated with immune and gut health which is never more important than in these early years of building their immunity. It helps to support the development of your child’s bones, teeth, muscles and supports healthy immune function.

Gut health is an area that fascinates me. I’ve seen vast improvements in one of my children’s eczema from using probiotics in the past, as one example.
