Making meals mineral rich with ease

We all know we need to make healthy food choices, but so many people can find this hard. The guys over at Pimp My Salad are on a mission to make this easy for everyone, whilst also making sure food always tastes delicious.

Pimp My Salad offer an exciting range of vegan and gluten free meal toppers. Coconut BaconHemp Parm Cheez and Activated Super Seeds are now readily available on UK shop shelves. These are sourced from ethical suppliers, and are vegan, gluten free and keto/paleo friendly. Each is made using slowly dried cooking techniques, to ensure the nutrients in their ingredients stay intact, and each sprinkle of topper adds extra goodness to breakfast, lunch and dinner.

With the newest addition of the Hemp Parm Cheez, the meal topper’s creamy and nutty parmesan taste comes from a clever combination of ingredients, including hemp (shelled hemp seeds and coarse hemp powder), which not only adds a delicious flavour and texture to the Cheez but also a nutritional punch, being rich in omegas 3 and 6 and high in plant-based protein.

The hemp is combined with sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, garlic, thyme, rosemary and Himalayan pink salt to create an incredible topper, which can be sprinkled over pasta, stirred into soups, scattered over salads or used whichever way your imagination takes you.

It’s not all about nutrition though and Pimp My Salad’s mission is to help people re-connect with the pleasure of eating, to prove that eating healthily doesn’t need to be about perfection, but instead should be good-fun, effortless, exciting and of course tasty.

These sprinkles are so easy to add to any number of meals. My only gripe is that they don’t come in large enough packets, as they are used up pretty quickly.

Available from health stores, Ocado, The Vegan Kind and Nature’s Healthbox. All products now available in re-branded recyclable packaging. Visit www.instagram.com/pimp.my.salad or www.pimpmysaladonline.com to find out more.
