My daughter loves learning about history, we have historic Scotland cards and love going to castles. We’ve subscribed to Mysteries in Time which is really good. This book would be perfect for her

They love horrible histories, but not seen this one. We have read the books, watched the TV programme and been to museum exhibitions they’ve run, it’s a great way to make history fun

The boys love Horrible histories, particularly anything gruesome or to do with toilet habits!
Its my grandchildren who love Horrible Histories. My grandson used to watch it from quite a young age. That and the books gave him a love of history that I share. He now wants to study it for A Level. Now younger grandchildren enjoy them too

Read them, watched the film, played the game and saw the stage show (and met the author afterwards!) big fans!
I haven’t because they normally read it themselves or read it out to me. Horrible Histories continues to be a firm favourite so this would be greeted with excitement if we won.
