Embracing home comforts with TJHughes: Plus win a £60 voucher

It’s Autumn now which means time to make the house all cosy and bring out the home comforts. I’ve started using the slow cooker again already, which I love. It’s super practical – I can pop it on first thing and just leave it all day. The snuggly blankets are out in the TV room and on the beds as well.

What’s available at TJ Hughes

If you haven’t bought anything from TJ Hughes before now might be the time to take a look. Their prices are always up to 70% off RRP and they stock everything you can think of when it comes to making your home cosy for Autumn and Winter.

Maybe you are looking for winter bedding, throws for the beds or perhaps you want to cosy-up the lounge by adding new cushions and blankets read for Winter movie nights?

You don’t have to have everything out all of the time of course. TJ Hughes have tons of storage options, you could still have all the cosy stuff, but have it nicely packed in storage to match your decor.

Maybe you want to introduce a few more home comforts in the kitchen? TJ Hughes have tons of electrical items to help you create that. Maybe you need a new toaster or kettle? Perhaps you fancy trying a slow cooker this winter, or you fancy a swanky coffee machine? There are tons of things to choose from to give you that cosy feeling as the weather gets colder.

The buzz word at the moment is hygge, a Danish word meaning a quality of cosiness and comfortable conviviality that engenders a feeling of contentment or well-being. Have you considered how you can bring more hygge to your life? Maybe it’s a bit of mood lighting?

        1. Probably some towels!
When I moved in with my boyfriend we got alot of hand me downs which was very helpful but would be lovely to have a matching set of brand new towels!

  1. I’d love some new curtains. The ones I have are thin and tatty and have been there for 15+ years!!! I’d like some that keep the heat in!

  2. I’d put it towards a new mattress for our bed. Ours is 15 years old now so I’ve been saving for a new one.

  3. I love Tjs! I love their make up prices – always cheaper than other stores. I would probably buy Christmas presents though I did see some bedding I liked the other day!

  4. I would get a new kettle – there is a lovely red Russell Hobbs one I have my eye on – and some new pillows, can’t believe how quickly we go through pillows lol 😀

  5. I dont know if they stock these, but I need a large jam pan, and some preserving jars, for homemade jams and chutneys x

  6. I’d either get an AirFryer (they have the Tower one on offer) or I’m also tempted by some of their bedding.

  7. I love T J Hughes, I could spend hours in there looking at 5he bargains, but I need some new towels and a bath mat so that’s the department I would head to first.

  8. I would choose the Bella digital electric pressure cooker. I love the idea of cooking things really fast to save using too much electricity.

  9. I would love to make a start on my Christmas shopping and this site has such a variety of lovely items.

  10. I would give it to my wife so she can buy herself anything she wants. But knowing her, she would spend it on stuff for the house…

  11. I find that TJ Hughes clothes are great for work, and very well priced. I would treat myself to a new outfit.

  12. I would buy some homeware items to get the house ready for the colder months. Some nice blankets and candles, perhaps.

  13. So much choice, I love their Christmas range and having just revamped my home I would update my Christmas theme

  14. I would love to buy the JIMMY CHOO
Illicit Flower Gift Set for my mum as a christmas present. They always do great deals on perfumes.

  15. I love TJ Hughes and at the moment I need some sort of wall sculpture for my hall so if I won I’d pop in and look for something to inspire me

  16. So many things to choose from, it’s hard to know what to buy first!! But I’d probably start with bedding and curtains.

  17. Definitely the Tower air fryer.. . I’m dying to try one, perfect for cooking delicious healthy meals for my family over the winter 🙂

  18. I’d get some Christmas decorations like the 100 Sculpture White Icicle Lights and a Grey Wicker Sledge Santa 30cm.

  19. Some gifts for family for Christmas I haven’t bought anything yet I’ve always got competition prizes that come in handy that’s why I enter mainly to gift to family

  20. I would treat myself to a new slow cooker, so i can cook some delicious winter warming meals for my family.
