How healthy is your diet?
Do you know what is good and what is bad? What you should have lots of and what you should only have in moderation?
I love the idea that a good diet and particular foods can improve, even cure certain conditions. There is a wonderful article which explores the 100 healthiest foods on earth – this is really worth a read if you are interested in diet and what foods can help with particular concerns or conditions. Did you know, for example that almonds can help with weight loss, or that apples can help prevent diseases like Alzheimer’s?
Eating healthy does not have to be difficult; there are lots of nutrient dense foods out there to include in your diet. This food finder tool can help you discover new healthy foods. Using the tool, you can sort foods based on various criteria (e.g. protein content, iron content or calories), filter foods into groups (e.g. fruits, vegetables or grains) and compare the nutritional profiles of different foods.
I love a good smoothie. My perfect start to the day would be making fresh smoothies out of a huge selection of fruit and vegetables.

Veery helpful I will certainly look into links. My family and I are trying to improve our diet. I used to think every thing in moderation but hubby and I have ezcema so really need to make other alterations.
