After four children I can honestly say that one of the things I was not prepared for was how little sleep I would get as a parent. I mean, don’t get me wrong, at no point did I ever think it would be easy being a parent, not in the slightest.

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
