Bath and shower time can be quite stressful for parents. Whilst the process of baths and showers for children changes over time as children grown up and become more independent, this can remain a time of high tension or stress in the household.

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
