Back to school: get the brains into gear and keep the bugs at bay

The term is well under way and you are crossing off the days until half term. The general vibe might be a little sluggish, you are having trouble getting everyone going in the morning, and you are trying to dodge the numerous bugs going around school and work.

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
