The autumn term is notorious for bugs and colds. After a long summer children return to classrooms and share their germs around, taking them home to their families like a new term gift. This year however, well it’s 2020, it’s no normal year and no normal back to school is it?

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
