How skiing holidays used to be: tales of slopes gone by

Skiing with a family is very costly and requires a huge amount of patience and perseverance, not to mention the fasting and unfastening of what feels like a million boot clips several times a day BUT it’s our thing.

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
