Body confidence – we hear this term a lot these days. It feels like the most recent new ‘revolution’ to break out throughout the world with many celebrities and influencers talking about it. So what about boob positivity?

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
