We all have goals in life don’t we. One of my more trivial goals was to get to 40 without dying my hair. I made it, and I was thrilled about that, but I still didn’t really want to get into that routine of having to dye my hair.

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
