Moving your elderly relative – or making the decision yourself, if you are the elderly person – to a nursing home can be a really difficult and distressing decision to make.

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.
