My mum loved to garden. I recall very vividly as a tween and teen saying to her “I don’t get it, why would you find this fun, it’s soooo boring”. Fast forward over 20 years and she would be laughing her head off at me now.

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
