Music to Relax You at the End of Another Day in Lockdown

These are challenging times for us all. The coronavirus lockdown means that many of us are confined to our homes for an unknown amount of time. If you are a parent, then there’s also the added pressure of educating your children all day, and keeping them entertained, whilst still tackling all the normal day-to-day tasks and your own job.

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
