We’ve been in a state of lockdown for what feels like an age, but gradually now the rules are easing up and more movement and meeting up is possible. As the UK begins to open up, to mean that more and more things are open and small gatherings allowed, what are your thoughts on the post-lockdown wardrobe?
The best type of mix and match items in your wardrobe
I love the idea of an item of clothing being suitable for multiple purposes. It feels less wasteful I think, when it can have multiple uses. I certainly have some things in my wardrobe that are only any good for one particular outfit or occasion. There are bound to be things that get worn more than others, but it feels much better when those things that only serve one purpose are few and far between.
Mix and match outfits: how are you fixed?
I really do need to get better at mix and match outfits. I like the idea of being able to pair a few things together to create several different outfits. The reality is I often end up with things I end up not wearing because I don’t have the right shoes or a top to go with whatever it is. Things end up staying in the wardrobe because I cant pair them with anything.
