We all know a diet rich in a variety of colours of fruits and vegetables is good for us. We’ve all had the 5-a-day message and the “eat the rainbow” message drilled into us. Still though, many people fail to include fruits and vegetables in their daily diet.
Children in England are back at school this week. Some children here in Wales are already back, some more go back next week and the rest after Easter. This means that parents all over the UK are back to filling lunchboxes!
Taking photos of food and drink for work projects can be really challenging sometimes. Often I end up in my own shadow, or with sunlight streaking across the photo. Sometimes the images just don’t do the dish justice, which can be hugely frustrating and time consuming to put right.
