Choosing a destination for a family holiday in Europe can bring you stress and fill you with a variety of worries and concerns. After all, the needs and travel priorities for holidays with children are very different from those we have when we travel alone or with our friends.

I am a mum of four (1 girl and 3 boys). Raising my children is the privilege of my life. It's also incredibly complex and challenging - and that's parenthood right there, a beautiful contradiction.

Our favourite times together are going on family adventures - that might be travelling or it might just be exploring the woodland or mountains where we live in beautiful Wales. We are crazy about skiing and love living in the countryside. Normally found outdoors!
