Do you know that your favourite skin care products can contain harmful ingredients, chemicals, and toxins? How aware are you of the risks and side effects that come with using store-bought beauty products? Some even say the chemicals are “the real price of beauty”.
When I became pregnant with my fourth child I discovered very quickly that complete strangers were not shy in making a range of (mainly negative) comments.
Does it really matter? If you think about your own childhood, that of your parents, or even others you may know, you can easily attribute a particular character trait, view or personality element to how that person was parented. You may catch yourself saying “well, I’m like that because…”.
Selling your car is often one of those tasks people dread. Buying one is much more fun isn’t it? You can shop around, test drive a few and spend hours comparing models, but selling a car, well that’s not nearly as much fun.
Exercise plays an important role in helping us maintain a healthy body. However, the same exercise can leave us with injured, stiff and sore joints, especially if done without considering the fact that our bodies can only stretch to certain limits.
Thinking back to when we expanded our family to a family of six, we were on the look out for a bigger car! We obviously needed a seat for everyone but also needed space for a pushchair and all the other paraphernalia that comes with having four children…including a guitar played by our eldest.
