I love cold and crisp mornings and days filled with warm sunshine and blue skies, something we’ve had a lot of lately and its been really lovely – but it can make it hard to know what to wear!
We’ve been in a state of lockdown for what feels like an age, but gradually now the rules are easing up and more movement and meeting up is possible. As the UK begins to open up, to mean that more and more things are open and small gatherings allowed, what are your thoughts on the post-lockdown wardrobe?
Are you a fan of a hoodie? I love a good hoodie, I really can’t live without them. I find hem so comfy and practical and so do the rest of my family. We all have them and all enjoy wearing them. If we are at home, we may as well be comfortable at home. Here are some of the loungewear trends that are currently available over at Femme Luxe. Which would you prefer? Whether you want something cool and comfy or warm and fleecy, there is so much choice. You can even find ‘smart’ loungewear that would be totally acceptable for that zoom meeting. So, no having to get changed multiple times a day! What a relief!
This bizarre mixed back of weather makes the ‘summer wardrobe’ a little redundant don’t you think? I carefully vac sacked the winter clothes away, after our Spring heatwave, then instantly regretted it and now, well now I don’t have a clue what to put on. I loathe the feeling of sticking, moist skin.
As a child I had plenty of all-in-ones, you know the kind of shorts and top play suit type things that are ideal for the beach? Anyone else have these? I don’t feel like these ever disappeared really, as I also bought these for my daughter when she was little and friends now with young daughters do the same. They are so practical for the summer, for playing, time outside, on the beach etc and they look super cute too.
It’s only the last couple of years that I have even been aware of Black Friday. How about you? I just assumed it was something we had borrowed from The States, but never really knew much about it.
